2019 'Sfumato' Nebbiolo-Pinot Noir Blend

'Sfumato' in painting or drawing is the practice of fine shading that produces soft, imperceptible transitions between colours and tones perfected by Leonardo Da Vinci and made famous by the Mona Lisa herself.

By blending our 2019 Southern Pyrenean Nebbiolo (60%) and our Yarra Valley Pinot Noir (40%), we have created a nuanced, elegant blend of florals, berries and fine tannin worthy of the 'Sfumato' moniker.
